For checking the quality and at the time of purchase be sure to check the expiry date. 

There are both male and female condoms. However, female condoms are not available in Bangladesh.

 Male condoms: Condoms are worn by men during intercourse to prevent semen from entering the partner's vagina. The condom should be worn when the penis is aroused and before entering the partner's body.

1) The condom packet should be opened very carefully. It is always better to open the condom packet from one end. Because if the condom leaks or breaks while opening the packet, the condom may become completely unusable.

2) Now after taking out the condom from the packet, you have to pay attention from which side the condom will roll. You can confirm the rolling side by lightly inserting a finger into the rubber of the condom to ensure the rolling side.

3) The air must be removed before using the condom otherwise it may burst and sperm may enter the vagina.

4) This time slowly and lightly roll the condom on your private part.

5) It is better not to wear the condom on the private parts until complete erection. Because if the arousal is low, the condom may come off later.

6) At the end of intercourse, the penis must be brought out in an erect state, otherwise the sperm may spread.

7) After intercourse, it is better to tie a knot lightly at the end of the used condom, so that the sperm does not enter outside.

Condom use does not provide 100% birth control protection. Its success rate is close to 90%. Failure occurs only if not used according to the rules. Many couples may be allergic to condoms and prefer not to use condoms. Many times couples suffer from some kind of emotional dissatisfaction and turmoil after using condoms for a long time. A husband and wife can enjoy a much more comfortable sex life by using natural birth control methods along with the use of condoms.
