Back pain causes and treatment

Symptoms
* Initially the pain is less and gradually it increases.

What to do in the initial case
* Always sleep on a firm even bed. Do not sleep on foam beds and do not sit for long periods on soft foam sofas.
* Do not bend or bend your spine.
* Avoid lifting anything heavy on the neck. If absolutely necessary, try to lift the heavy object closer to the body without straining the waist.
* Regular physical i.e. manual work should be done. If there is no opportunity for physical labor, exercise or walking should be used as much as possible.
* Obese people should reduce their body weight. Weight should always be controlled in all cases.
* Do not stand or sit in the same place for long.
* Sleep upright while sleeping. Can't move much. While waking up, try to tilt to any side.
To be done in severe cases
* Medicines must be taken as per the advice of a specialist doctor.
* In addition to medical treatment, the patient should be given electromagnetic radiation, ultrasound therapy, lumbar traction and various exercises by the doctor.
* Even after a long time of medical treatment, the patient's condition does not change, the patient needs lumbar spine operation or surgery according to the condition.
Treatment
* In case of mild pain, medication and complete rest should be taken without neglect. You can benefit from hot steam on the waist. You can use different ointments for back pain. But it cannot be massaged.
* If pain persists for more than three days, a physiotherapist or neurologist must be consulted. If the pain is severe, according to the doctor's advice, physiotherapy should be taken from hospitalization. In this case, you may be hospitalized for three to four weeks.
* Outdoor physiotherapy is given if there is less pain. Many people take various pain killers when they have back pain. That's not quite right. Back pain can be caused by various reasons. So it is necessary to take medicine with doctor's advice.
